Job Description
We’re looking for a RevOps Supply to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • Be the analytical expert in Supply Revenue Operations, leveraging BI tools and data analytics to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into revenue performance, pipeline trends, and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue projections, partnering with Sales Leadership to identify patterns, trends, and variances against team targets.
  • Own and refine the data infrastructure for revenue tracking, ensuring data integrity and usability across CRM, BI, and financial systems.
  • Build automated reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into revenue health, campaign delivery, and supply performance.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis, uncovering actionable insights to improve efficiency, optimize pricing, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and improve the Bottoms Up forecasting process, working with sales leadership to define market and seller-level targets.
  • Monitor campaign delivery metrics and proactively flag issues, collaborating with AdOps, Account Management, and Programmatic teams to optimize supply allocation.
  • Drive Salesforce data accuracy and hygiene, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for sales and revenue operations.
  • Lead Salesforce reporting & analytics initiatives, developing dashboards, reports, and self-serve tools to empower business teams.
  • Train and support Global Supply teams on Salesforce best practices, data governance, and updated functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Finance to calculate and validate quarterly compensation for revenue teams, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Analyze pricing exceptions, approving only those that align with profitability and margin targets.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), analyzing key trends such as Quarter-over-Quarter growth, Top Accounts, Win Rates, and Seller Performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and SQL for data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modelling and automation.
  • Experience with CRM and revenue operations tools, particularly Salesforce (Super Admin experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in AdTech, Digital Media, or Supply Chain environments is a plus.
