Job Description
We’re looking for a DSP Lead to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • Overall operational leader of the discipline within the company, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives. As the primary point of contact, you will drive the discipline’s success, aligning it with the company's broader goals and objectives.
  • Creation of playbooks and guidelines to guide actions within the discipline, ensuring all teams have a clear and structured approach to follow. These resources will serve as the foundation for standardizing best practices and promoting operational excellence across the organization.
  • Ensuring the standardization and homogenization of the discipline across the entire operation, taking responsibility for implementing uniform processes, practices, and methodologies that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all teams and locations.
  • Building stable and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, fostering collaboration and trust with senior leadership, department heads, and other relevant teams to align objectives, share insights, and drive collective success.
  • Facilitating the understanding of the discipline across the company through training, working groups, etc., by organizing and leading workshops, seminars, and other educational initiatives that help ensure all employees are well-versed in the discipline’s principles and practices.
  • Beta testing of products or functionalities related to the technologies used in the area, leading efforts to evaluate new tools and solutions, ensuring they align with organizational needs and identifying potential improvements before full-scale implementation.
  • Responsible for defining and updating the discipline’s technology stack, and staying current with emerging technologies and innovations. This includes making strategic decisions on the tools, platforms, and systems that will best support the discipline's goals and operations.
  • Co-responsible, along with other leaders in the organization, for the proper implementation of the defined organizational model, collaborating across leadership teams to ensure the organizational structure is effectively executed and that it supports long-term business success.
  • Cross-functional leadership of the discipline team, fostering development and collaboration, guiding a diverse team of professionals, ensuring alignment of goals, encouraging open communication, and nurturing talent to achieve high performance across the board.
  • Driving the evolution of the discipline through continuous updates on new developments and opportunities in the field, keeping the discipline at the forefront of industry trends, integrating innovative solutions, and adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities for growth and improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Over 10 years of experience in the discipline, holding various leadership positions with proven results, demonstrating a strong track record of success and expertise in driving initiatives and managing teams across different levels.
  • Business-oriented mindset, with a clear focus on aligning strategies and actions with organizational goals to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Extensive experience working in matrix organizational structures, effectively navigating complex reporting lines and collaborating across multiple departments and functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven experience in leading global or regional teams, and managing diverse, cross-cultural groups to deliver high-performance results while maintaining alignment with the company's strategic vision.
  • Over 6 years of DSP experience.
