Your Challenge
- Be responsible for Bank account reconciliations (Bank vs Accounting).
- Perform daily bank statement uploads in ERP and follow-up.
- Elaborate and maintain cash-flow statement figures supporting the Treasury Controller.
- Deal and handle urgent payment requests following corporate payment protocol and amendments.
- Actively collaborate with the Front Office team (AP & AR) providing payment remittances, bank certificates and other ad-hoc inquiries.
- Perform and engage following department KPIs and SLAs.
- Actively support the team in projects related to new market integrations and internal corporate projects.
- Be part of the automation and harmonization of tasks within the team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Have a business management or finance-related degree.
- Have between 0-3 years of a strong Treasury and Accounting background.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Have thorough experience with spreadsheets and Excel.
- Are attentive to detail and well-organized.
- Possess strong prioritization skills, flexibility and ability to multitask on a daily basis.
- Are not afraid to speak up, make mistakes, learn from them and propose improvements.
- Have an international and multicultural mindset.
