Your Challenge
As a strategic partner to the Miami and Central America Sales Account Director, the "Senior Sales Media Planner" plays a critical role in shaping client strategy, driving business growth, and delivering market-leading media solutions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and demands a high level of collaboration, initiative, and market expertise.
- Partner closely with the Miami Sales Account Director to shape client engagement strategies, prepare high-impact presentations, and drive strategic growth across key accounts.
- Lead account planning and addressable market strategy, identifying opportunities for revenue expansion and long-term client development.
- Take ownership of the RFP process, including orchestrating cross-functional brainstorming sessions, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely, innovative, and strategic responses.
- Develop and present sophisticated media plans and proposals that leverage Seedtag’s full suite of products and capabilities, with a strong focus on storytelling, insights, and measurable impact.
- Serve as a senior liaison and trusted advisor to clients and agencies, fostering relationships at multiple levels within the organisation and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Maintain deep expertise on Seedtag’s product offerings, ad units, and platform innovations to consult clients on best-fit solutions and unlock upsell opportunities.
- Drive the development of new advertising formats and digital programs in collaboration with product, marketing, and design teams to meet evolving client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and digital media innovation to inform client strategy and internal development.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction across the planning and sales support functions.
- Manage, maintain, and present critical business reporting, including weekly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 3-5+ years of Agency or Network experience.
- Programmatic experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and oral communication, with media plan building acuity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to be flexible in a changing sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
