KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the Chile commercial strategy aligned with Seedtag’s global business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales managers and account executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key agencies, clients, and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, etc.) to ensure strong client delivery and strategic positioning.
- Own the forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis of your region.
- Act as the main ambassador of Seedtag in Chile, representing the company at industry events and key meetings.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing teams.
- Strong track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and programmatic landscape.
- Proven experience in working with media agencies, trading desks, and large advertisers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Full professional proficiency in English
