Job Description
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist (Temporary/Maternity leave) to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Provide administrative support across a range of HR processes, including documentation, contracts, and system updates.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support the tracking of absences, holidays, and compliance with internal processes.
- Respond to employee queries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Contribute to internal reporting and ad hoc HR projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Coordinate temporary or permanent relocations.
- Support the payroll cycle, incentives and salary reviews.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of employee benefits.
- Provide support to managers for employee-related matters.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A degree in Law, Labour Relations or Human Resources, with a strong focus on Labour Law.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational company.
- Hands-on experience in HR administrative processes and international payroll coordination.
- Solid understanding of global labor regulations and HR best practices
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus!).
- A high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience using HRIS tools (Personio preferred).
