People Operations Specialist (Temporary)

Job Description
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist (Temporary/Maternity leave) to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • Provide administrative support across a range of HR processes, including documentation, contracts, and system updates.
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support the tracking of absences, holidays, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Respond to employee queries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Contribute to internal reporting and ad hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
  • Coordinate temporary or permanent relocations.
  • Support the payroll cycle, incentives and salary reviews.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of employee benefits.
  • Provide support to managers for employee-related matters.


What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • A degree in Law, Labour Relations or Human Resources, with a strong focus on Labour Law.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational company.
  • Hands-on experience in HR administrative processes and international payroll coordination.
  • Solid understanding of global labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus!).
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using HRIS tools (Personio preferred).
