We’re looking for a North America Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team in Mexico City and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
As our new RevOps Analyst, you will:
- Work very closely with the Sales team and Customer Success Managers, ensuring that dates and data in Salesforce are accurate and kept clean.
- Act as an intermediary between Sales and Salesforce developers, supporting daily reporting and smooth communication across teams.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to give sales leadership visibility into the pipeline, delivery, and key performance metrics.
- Support revenue operations by making sure Salesforce remains the single source of truth, while also being able to work with Hubspot or other CRMs when needed.
- Collaborate on lead generation initiatives through automation and support the business in tiering clients and structuring sales data.
- Carry out ad-hoc data analysis and coordinate projects across multiple datasets to provide actionable insights.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- You have 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis.
- You have strong CRM experience. Salesforce is ideal, but Hubspot or another CRM is also valuable.
- You are proficient with Excel, comfortable working with datasets and building reports.
- You have experience or interest in AI and building agents, and how these can support business processes.
- You’re fluent in English.
- You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- You have strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills, plus a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ideally, you bring some knowledge of the digital media space.
