We’re looking for a Junior Account & Ad Operations to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

As a Junior Account & Ad Operations, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring advertising campaigns while developing expertise in campaign management. This is a hands-on role where you will learn from senior team members and progressively take on more responsibilities.
Your Challenge
- End-to-end campaign execution – Implement and monitor campaigns across programmatic platforms.
- Performance tracking – Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Issue resolution – Identify campaign issues, troubleshoot, and escalate them to senior team members when needed.
- Technical support to the Client Success team: Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
- Process learning – Develop a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to develop technical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
