Job Description
Campaign setup: Implement advertising campaigns effectively and efficiently on operational platforms, ensuring they meet all specifications.
Campaign monitoring and optimisation: Regularly and thoroughly track campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimise results in line with client objectives.
Technical support to the Client Success team: Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the client success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
Technical troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and performance, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed, following established protocols.
Innovation and testing: Explore new platform features to optimise campaign delivery.
Implementation and promotion of Operational Excellence: Ensure the adoption of best practices related to processes and tools (both internal and external) as defined by the operational excellence team, guaranteeing consistency and scalability.
Have + 4 years of experience as an account manager or client success manager in the digital advertising industry.
Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes.
Are familiar with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, SmartRTB+...
Know about programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
Have experience with reporting tools (Ad Servers, Google Analytics, Turnillo, Redash, etc).
Are data-centred and are used to work and process data with Excel/spreadsheets, or other data tools, using formulas and dynamic tables.
High level of English.
