The Role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to lead and scale Seedtag’s WPP and Dentsu business in New York City. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a small team of sellers, deepening executive relationships across both holding companies, and driving sustained, enterprise-level revenue growth.


This role requires a proven sales leader who can balance people management, strategic account ownership, and executive-level selling. You’ll be accountable for performance across two growth accounts.


Your Challenge

  • Own and lead Seedtag’s WPP and Dentsu partnerships in NYC, with full revenue accountability

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of sellers responsible for day-to-day agency and client engagement

  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships across WPP and Dentsu agencies, practice leads, and client leadership

  • Support annual and quarterly revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for both holding companies

  • Partner closely with senior agency stakeholders to position Seedtag as a strategic, long-term partner

  • Lead joint business planning, agency roadmaps, and multi-agency initiatives

  • Support sellers in closing complex, high-value deals and navigating enterprise buying cycles

  • Collaborate with strategy, product, and client success to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions

  • Act as the internal voice for WPP and Dentsu; sharing insights on agency priorities, market shifts, and growth opportunities

  • Represent Seedtag at senior-level meetings, industry events, and leadership forums

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or adtech sales

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams

  • Deep, established relationships within WPP and/or Dentsu agencies

  • Proven experience owning enterprise-level agency partnerships and large revenue targets

  • Strong understanding of programmatic, contextual, data, or advanced media solutions

  • Executive presence with the ability to sell, influence, and negotiate at the highest levels

  • Highly organised leader with strong forecasting, planning, and accountability skills

  • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing top sales talent
