We’re looking for a Senior Sales Director, Southeast, to join our team in Atlanta and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Director to build, own, and dominate the Atlanta market. This is a true hunter role designed for a high-performing adtech seller who thrives on opening doors, winning competitive pitches, and establishing Seedtag as a must-buy partner across agencies and brands.

This title reflects an opportunity for market ownership, deal complexity, and strategic responsibility, not years in seat. You will act as the face of Seedtag in the Southeast, responsible for unlocking net-new revenue, landing anchor accounts, and creating long-term market momentum.

Your Challenge

  • Own full revenue responsibility for the Southeast market with a heavy focus on net-new logo acquisition

  • Break into top holding companies, key independents, and priority brands to establish Seedtag as a core partner

  • Open and close complex, high-value deals across branding and performance use cases

  • Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and market presence

  • Land foundational accounts that can scale into long-term, multi-quarter partnerships

  • Position Seedtag’s Neuro-Contextual Intelligence as a differentiated alternative to identity-based solutions

  • Work closely with strategy, product, and client success to ensure strong launches and fast expansion

  • Act as the voice of the Southeastern market; feeding insights on competition, pricing, and demand back to leadership

  • Represent Seedtag at regional events and client meetings

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital advertising or adtech sales with a strong hunter profile

  • Proven track record of net-new business development and closing six-figure+ deals

  • Deep relationships within the Southeast agency and/or brand ecosystem or the ability to build them quickly

  • Experience selling programmatic, contextual, data, or advanced media solutions

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to sell at the agency leadership level

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in build-mode environments
